Our cancelation policy is 24 hours. If you fail to notify us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, you will be charge 50% of your scheduled service.
Masks are mandatory in the spa. If you do not have one, we will provide you one at a cost. You must wear the mask at all times in the spa. Because of this, we ask that there are no food or drinks brought into the spa.
We are limiting the amount of people in and out of the spa in order to minimize the risks. Because of this, we ask that you come alone to your appointments.
Once you enter the spa, we kindly ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided. Between every client we take the time to properly sterilize our working environment. Because of this, we ask that you arrive at the spa only at the time of your scheduled appointment.
